Customer Care and Billing Specialist

F&B Communications is seeking applicants for a full-time Customer Care and Billing Specialist. This position serves as a primary point of contact for Internet, TV, phone and security subscribers. Primary job duties include assisting customers with service requests and billing inquiries, appointment scheduling and processing payments.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for creating successful customer experiences and building positive customer relationships.

Applicants must possess the following skills and characteristics:

• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
• Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer care software.
• Previous customer service, accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.

F&B Communications is the premiere local telecommunications provider offering high-speed fiber and DSL Internet, Skitter TV video, telephone, long distance and home security services to customers in the Bennett, Calamus, Delmar, Lowden and Wheatland exchanges and surrounding areas.
