GRANTS FUND BENNETT SCHOOL READING MATERIALS

WHEATLAND (IOWA) Bennett Community School is the recipient of a $300 Aureon Network Services Charity Grant, plus a $300 matching contribution from F&B Communications.

Grant funds will be used to purchase a set of Iowa Children’s Choice Award books and other reading materials for students in grades 4 through 6. The set of books is annually recommended by students and chosen by librarians throughout Iowa. The set of books purchased with grant funds along with a set purchased by the school’s parent group will enhance access to reading materials for Bennett students.
