Inquiry for Service

To sign up for business or residential telephone service, video, Internet or i wireless PCS, please call the F&B Communications office at 563-374-1236 or complete and submit one of the following applications for service.

Telephone
If your location has previously had service from F&B, installation in most cases can be completed in 3-4 business days*. Locations where service must be buried may take longer. Service is available to customers in the Bennett, Calamus, Delmar, Lowden and Wheatland exchanges.

Internet
Dial-up Internet accounts can be created within 24 hours. In most cases, accounts can be created over the phone or in 10-15 minutes if you visit the business office. High-Speed DSL accounts may take longer due to installation complexity and customer availability.
